Job Summary

Hire Resolve is recruiting for a skilled Project & Engineering Manager to join our client's growing team in the Machinery Manufacturing industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing projects related to machinery manufacturing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects, from concept to completion. As the Project & Engineering Manager, you will also be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving product quality, and implementing cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects related to machinery manufacturing and process improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and schedules
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines
• Optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Implement cost-effective solutions to improve product quality
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of components and materials
• Manage project budgets and track expenses

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Engineering Manager in the machinery manufacturing industry
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in project management software and tools
