As an Electrical Project Engineer in our manufacturing department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our electrical systems and processes. You will lead and oversee electrical projects from conception to completion, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead electrical projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Design and Development: Create electrical designs, specifications, and drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Equipment Selection: Identify and select appropriate electrical equipment and components for manufacturing processes.
• Installation and Commissioning: Oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in manufacturing equipment, minimizing downtime and production interruptions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, maintenance technicians, and production personnel, to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure the reliability and performance of electrical systems.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, schematics, and reports.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in electrical project management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and components.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or other relevant design software.
• Familiarity with PLC programming and control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Project management certification (PMP) is a plus.
