We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage client projects from initiation to completion. This role ensures seamless coordination between suppliers and internal teams, overseeing scheduling, reporting, and communication to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with client requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare and manage client quotes for installations, relocations, inspections, and reactive services.
Coordinate supplier quotations and ensure compliance with Tsebo guidelines.
Schedule installations and inspections, plan site access, and allocate work to technicians.
Track project progress, maintain registers, and submit reports to clients.
Ensure compliance with SHE requirements and maintain accurate project documentation.
Engage with suppliers and clients to confirm readiness and provide feedback in meetings.
Skills and Competencies
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple suppliers and stakeholders.
Proficiency in OnKey, D365, Excel, and CI systems.
Excellent communication and relationship management.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years' experience in project coordination or facilities-related projects.
