About the Role:





The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the commercial and operational teams responsible for promoting and implementing Draslovka's technologies across global mining operations. This position ensures seamless execution of commercial processes, maintains accurate documentation, and facilitates effective communication and coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders. By providing essential operational and administrative support to the European, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific regions, the Project Coordinator helps drive project success and strengthen client relationships.

Key Accountabilities:




Project Support




+ Assist in developing project plans and schedules. + Ensure compliance with internal processes for pricing, budgeting and approvals.
+ Coordinate project meetings and prepare agendas and minutes.
+ Track project progress and report on key metrics.
+ Facilitate communication between stakeholders and team members.

Commercial Coordination




+ Support the commercial team in managing client inquiries, proposals and contracts related to integrated technology solutions. + Assist in preparing presentations, reports and documentation for client meetings and internal reviews.

Sales & Business Development Support




+ Coordinate with regional account managers and technology leaders to ensure timely delivery of proposals and agreements. + Maintain systems and track opportunities, leads and project progress.
+ Liaise with technical and operations teams to gather data for commercial proposals.

Customer Engagement




+ Act as a point of contact for clients regarding administrative queries and documentation. + Support onboarding of new clients and manage communication during project initiation.

Reporting & Documentation




+ Maintain accurate records of contracts, NDAs and other commercial agreements.

Scheduling of Site Services Teams




+ Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to schedule site services teams for client projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and resource availability. + Maintain accurate scheduling records and communicate updates to relevant teams and clients.







Behavioral Competencies:




Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, operations and commercial teams. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Proactively identifies and resolves project issues and risks.



Technical Competencies:




Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis. Basic understanding of mining and metallurgical processes. Competence in managing commercial documentation, proposals and agreements.
