The Project Coordinator, IT Integrations is a critical, intellectual support role responsible for coordinating the daily operations of complex IT integration projects, specifically involving our 3rd-party programming suppliers. This role acts as a primary liaison, ensuring clear communication, mediating potential conflicts, and supporting the Project Manager or team to keep technical workstreams on track. The ideal candidate blends a strong IT background with excellent organizational and customer service (liaison) skills.
?Key Responsibilities
?1. Project Management & Coordination
?Schedule & Documentation: Maintain the project's master schedule, track key milestones, and manage all project documentation (requirements, technical specs, change requests, etc.).
?Reporting: Prepare and disseminate regular, concise status reports to the Project Manager and internal stakeholders, detailing progress, risks, and roadblocks.
?Meeting Support: Organize and facilitate project meetings (both internal and with vendors), create agendas, and accurately record and distribute detailed meeting minutes and action items.
?2. IT Liaison & Issue Resolution
?Communication Hub: Serve as the main point of contact between business teams, customers, internal IT, and external vendors for integration work.
?Issue Tracking: Systematically log, monitor, and drive the resolution of technical issues and bugs related to the programming and system integration, ensuring timely follow-up by the responsible teams.
?UAT Support: Coordinate and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, ensuring test plans are executed and defects are properly documented and assigned.
?3. 3rd-Party Supplier (Vendor) Mediation
?Operational Liaison: Act as the day-to-day point of contact with 3rd-party programming suppliers, tracking their deliverables and ensuring adherence to agreed-upon specifications.
?Mediation: Proactively identify and assist in resolving communication issues, scope clarification disputes, or minor conflicts that arise between internal technical teams and external vendors.
?Deliverable Tracking: Ensure all vendor-supplied technical assets (e.g., code, APIs, documentation) are delivered on time and effectively handed over for internal integration
