The Position

You will be responsible for timely planning and proper execution of projects, which are initiated by the Head of department, and Project Coordinator in question, based on identified and agreed needs to fulfil objectives on departmental and/or project level(s).

You will define project goals to be reached, expected deliverables, stakeholder mapping, estimated cost and timeline for medium complexity projects in medium scale, and secures project approval. Develops detailed project plan incl. project metrics. Executes medium complexity projects in medium scale according to plan and budget to secure agreed goals are met on time and in high quality.

Engages with vendors, challenges content and proposed costs and secures involvement of Corporate Sourcing when required. Understands and executes Project Agreement (PA)/Purchase Order (PO) process. Identifies risks and mitigation actions in the process of execution. Ensures the right visibility of the project internally. Shares learnings and best practices with immediate team and identifies synergies with concurrent projects in and outside the department.

Your accountabilities will be:

  • Identifies and maps key stakeholders and makes the most of the information available to understand their needs and motivations.
  • Communicates timely and via relevant channels to ensure continued high buy-in and motivation from key stakeholders. Knows and correctly uses available communication channels to deal with stakeholders (Medical, Sales and Marketing teams).
  • Recognises areas of mutual interest, proposes solutions, and makes clear considerations for how to strengthen relationships with stakeholders.
  • Understands all functional deliverables and interaction processes needed to ensure a successful annual strategy and planning process.
  • Compliance/quality related tasks/responsibilities and specific, assigned acts of authority (QMS requirements).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Qualifications in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience preferred (back office and/or field experience preferred). Ms Office knowledge.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to interact with functional peer groups at various levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to act independently and to navigate teams to data driven decisions and resolutions of complex issues.
  • Adaptability to respond to changes in project expectations in a methodical and professional manner.
