Position Overview:
We have an opening for a Project Coordinator to join our Client Success & Delivery function in Cape Town.
In this role, you will work with clients and internal teams to enable the successful delivery of projects against time and budget requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing of new projects to ensure the scope is clearly defined and that revenue is in like with pre-sales proposals
- Ensuring all relevant hardware and software to complete projects have been acquired or sourced
- Discuss project requirements with internal stakeholders to ensure there is a clear understanding of project targets, deadlines and any associated risks or challenges before presenting externally
- Project administration duties such as inputting data into ServiceNow and logging any project issues as needed
- Creating and maintaining project documentation
- Professional experience of working in a project-related role
- Experience operating in an IT Managed Service Environment
- Proficient and skilled in Microsoft Office products, particularly, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel.
