Our Client in Cape Town is looking for a Professionally Registered Architect to step into a pivotal Project Leader role!
We're looking for an individual who combines strong technical proficiency, project management expertise, and an ability to thrive in dynamic, multidisciplinary teams.
Qualification Requirement:
- Degree in Architecture
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years post-registration as an Architect (SACAP registration essential).
- Experience with high-complexity builds or government projects
- Sound working knowledge of JBCC 6.2 Principal Building Agreement, NEC 3 & 4 dealings
- Able to expertly review, compile, and endorse contract instructions and time extension claims.
- Confident handling of project cash flow projections (construction and PSP fees).
- Strong project management and delegation skills; PA experience is a plus.
- Comfortable collaborating in an open office with other professionals.
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and have strong formal writing and admin experience.

- Maintain exemplary records and documentation.
- Manage projects to tight deadlines while ensuring cash flow control and compliance.
- Work with diverse contract types and ensure audit readiness and comprehensive reporting.
