Job Summary Responsibilities:
- Draft and execute documentation and correspondence
- Typing of minutes, memorandums and various reports from handwritten drafts
- Provide admin support with tender documents and project administration
- General administration duties (filing, emails, binding of documents etc.)
- Composing tender proposals
- Manage and maintain project databases
- Client liaison
- Travel arrangements and bookings
- Meeting arrangements and preparation
- Project management and administration skills
- Report & minute writing ability
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressureQualifications & Experience:
- Matric
- A relevant tertiary qualification (NQF Level 4)
