Key Performance Areas:
Perform day-to-day administration and support on multiple projects
Take and prepare program and project minutes and distribute timeously
Prepare and distribute presentations
Manage and arrange project correspondence
Effectively manage and coordinate travel bookings and meetings
Assist with the monitoring and implementation of project methodologies
Collate information required for invoicing, liaise with service providers on receiving, invoicing and attending to queries (processing of high volumes)
Check costings and ensure that costs are kept within the budget allocation.
Setup purchase orders and assist in maintenance of such throughout the project
Ensure all contractors have up to date contracts of employment and are signed and kept for record keeping
Responsible for timely submission of weekly timesheets and ensure project allocation and/or cost centre allocations are correct
Update and track information of project activities
Update and maintain all documents required for projects and maintain the document repository
