To coordinate the activities of the project according to good clinical laboratory practice, and standards, according to the sponsor requirements (study protocols)
Coordinate sample shipments and referrals to external laboratories for testing and monitor TAT
Resolve all queries and discrepancies from sites and external laboratories
Update and maintain multiple databases
Upload database onto the secured platform
Follow up on action items, generate and circulate minutes from site meetings
Allocated activities to be undertaken, ensuring that these tasks are completed as stipulated within specified periods
Perform general laboratory tasks and procedures as required with WDIH
Copying, scanning, and printing of files and any other documentation as required
Support stakeholder management activities and tracking of customer complaints
Required minimum education and training:
Qualified Medical Technician or BSc Medical Science Degree
Required minimum work experience:
3 years experience in a Laboratory environment
Desirable additional education, work experience, and personal abilities:
Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent Excel skills
Able to function with minimal supervision
Ability to work independently and as well as in a team
Strong administrative skills organized and able to prioritize tasks
Attention to detail
Computer Literacy
Adaptable and reliable
Understanding of the health sector
