Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective lesson plans that align with curriculum objectives. Manage classroom dynamics to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment. Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Blackboard for course delivery and student engagement. Provide academic advising and support to students, guiding them in their educational journey. Design instructional materials that enhance the learning experience and promote critical thinking. Conduct research relevant to the field of study, contributing to the academic community. Collaborate with faculty members on curriculum development and program improvement initiatives. Assess student performance through various evaluation methods, providing constructive feedback.

Qualifications

Master's degree or higher in the relevant field of study is preferred. Proven experience in classroom management and lesson planning. Familiarity with learning technologies and instructional design principles. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse learners. Experience with curriculum development and implementation is highly desirable. Ability to effectively use educational technology tools, including LMS platforms like Blackboard. A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering student success through innovative practices.
