Professional Quantity Surveyor

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support the successful delivery of construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing estimates, ensuring value for money, and overseeing financial and contractual aspects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities. Manage project finances, cost control, and cash flow. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments. Prepare and review contracts, tender documents, and procurement processes. Monitor project progress and prepare valuation reports. Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution. Provide advice on cost-effective solutions and value engineering.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field. Professional registration (Pr.QS or equivalent) preferred. Minimum 5 years' experience in construction cost management. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and cost control. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and report-writing skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying software. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
