Requirements



Relevant 3-year tertiary qualification (a master's degree is

preferable), with a preference for the fields of statistics and



data science.



At least three (3) years' relevant functional experience

required.



Sound knowledge of statistical methods and quantitative data

analysis and modelling.



Key Performance Areas



To support the analysis of urban data and information

relevant to strategy, policy and planning to inform decision



making. Apply statistical methods and tools to support data analysis

and interpretation of urban development trends.



To assist with the collection of socio-economic data through

household surveys and other primary research methods,



data management and related processes ensuring robust



data governance frameworks to maintain accuracy and quality.



Preparing data for reporting, profiles, dashboards, maps,

and other urban development information products



Supporting responses to data and information requests

from stakeholders, and assisting in the preparation of reports



and visualisations



Participating in data-related working groups, engagements,

and supporting the communication of information outputs.



Contributing to continuous improvement by maintaining

awareness of relevant tools, technologies, and data practices.
