Position: Project Architect

Location: Port Shepstone, KZN

Company Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead high-end projects from concept to completion, with a focus on site project management.

Responsibilities:

Manage on-site project activities, coordinating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Lead site meetings and ensure project timelines, budgets, and goals are met. Use Revit and AutoCAD to produce detailed construction drawings and 3D models. Develop construction details and ensure compliance with standards and codes. Must be able to travel to attend site meetings in remote areas
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's is advantageous) Professional registration (PrArch) is highly advantageous PrCPM is advantageous 5+ years of architectural project management and site experience. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.
Preferred:

Experience in high-end residential and government projects, including schools, clinics, community-halls etc.
