Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Grade 12
- Tertiary level (M +3) Production Management Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- 3-6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferably from a Pharmaceutical background
- Proficiency in basic Excel & Microsoft Office applications
- Organizational skills: Planning, delegation, and time management
- Exposure to FMCG/ Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of ISO Quality Systems and Safety Standards
- Proficiency in World Class Manufacturing Best practices
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, CCI - Tracc, etc.
- Negotiation, decision-making, and management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage projects and work under pressure
- Collaborative team player with strong people skills
- Effective problem-solving and stress tolerance
- Capable of clear communication with stakeholders at all levels
- Efficient in planning, organizing, and project management
- Willingness to work closely with the manufacturing team
- Availability for overtime when needed
