A post-Matric qualification in a relevant field of study is a must-have. They also need someone with 2 - 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience xe2x80x93 preferably in the food and beverage industry. Previous experience in a supervisory role would be required, and health and safety knowledge is an advantage!

As the perfect fit for this Production Supervisor role, your responsibilities will involve achieving departmental goals by communicating expectations, coaching employees, and enforcing policies. Youxe2x80x99ll also maintain workflow efficiency, monitor processes, implement cost reductions, and foster cooperation between departments. Additionally, the position involves overseeing critical control points, completing production plans, supervising quality processes, ensuring compliance with technical systems, and addressing non-conformances. The role also entails evaluating and rewarding performance, managing compliance, and providing orientation, development, and training for team members.
