Job Description

Grade 12 + Food related qualification. A Diploma / Degree in Production Management will be a strong recommendation. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for managing production w.r.t planning, personnel, stock control, raw materials, daily production, processing, hygiene, etc. Previous exposure to synchronised manufacturing as well as knowledge of throughput calculations and line balancing will be a further advantage.
This position will require overtime, weekends and standby. Local residents preferred
