Job Description
Job Summary Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as Production Supervisor within a Laboratory | Manufacturing Industry
- Degree | Diploma in Production Management or related will be advantageous
- Strong knowledge of fertilizer formulations | Agrichemical products (Fertilizers | Adjuvants | insecticides | fungicides) | Mixing processes
- Proven experience in Plant maintenance | Equipment calibration | Implementing SOP's
- Strong Leadership skills and ability to enforce Quality | Safety and Housekeeping standards
- Valid Driver's License and own Transport required
- Must be able to provide contactable references and payslips on request
- Negotiable salary package based on experience
