Job Description
Opportunity Available!! Our leading client in the FMCG Sector is looking to employ a Production Supervisor to join their dynamic team in East London.
:
- Skilled in the use of shop equipment such as hydraulic and mechanical presses, and assorted power tools
- Ability to read and interpret schematics: Electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatics.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Able to perform the physical demands of the job (be on your feet for extended periods of time and tolerate the noise level of the production environment).
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions.
- Good communication skills.
- 2 to 3 years FMCG Beverage production experience in a technical and supervisor position
- Working knowledge of hot-filled products/production
- Millwright trade certificate would be an advantage
- Basic Computer Skill(MS Office)
- Valid Driverxe2x80x99s Licence
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include night shift, overtime, standby and weekends to support a plant that manufactures 24/7.
- Must be able to read, understand, and follow machine manuals, mechanical drawings, SOPxe2x80x99s
