CubeSpace is seeking a driven, hands-on Production Manager to take full ownership of our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will lead day-to-day production activities to ensure they run efficiently, safely, and in line with quality and output targets.
You will be responsible for overseeing team performance, optimizing workflow, and managing resources to maintain smooth, continuous, and high-quality production. This is a key position for someone eager to make a tangible impact and drive operational excellence within a fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily operations on the production floor to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Supervise and support production staff to maintain high performance, productivity, and safety standards.
Monitor and measure output across all stages of production to achieve consistent, high-quality throughput.
Identify and resolve process bottlenecks or issues to maintain continuous production flow.
Allocate and adjust resources dynamically to meet changing production demands and priorities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall operational performance.
Minimum Requirements:
Engineering degree/diploma (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, etc.)
5+ years' experience in production or manufacturing leadership (electronics/technical environment preferred)
Proven track record in driving output, leading teams, and improving processes and efficiency
Comfortable using ERP systems
Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
Passion for driving automation and continuous improvement
