Production Manager
Job Description
Bull & Bush meat merchants is looking for a full time Production Manager.
Must be available within the next 1-2 weeks ideally.
Job Role & Requirements:
2-5 management experience or experience within a production FMCG background as a supervisor or involvement operationally.
Must be able to plan orders accordingly and ensure we have enough stock for production of orders at all time. Must be able to check all orders prior to dispatch and invoice them accordingly. Must ensure that all production targets are met accordingly within the desired time frame.
Must ensure that transportation for all orders are arranged accordingly.
Must be able to work under pressure and execute tasks as instructed. Must be able to see tasks through to completion.
Must have a solid understanding of dealing with staff.
Must be willing and able to work hands on inside the production area and ensure staff are producing the correct specifications at all times and ensure the quality standards are maintained.
Knowledge in food safety & quality will be advantageous.
Must have a strong computer literacy and excel proficiency.
Must have a strong ability to control stock movement and stock counts accurately and possess the ability to pick up stock count errors, miscounts and irregularities.
Must be reliable and trustworthy.
Must ideally stay in a location close to Sandton.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R15000,00 - R20000,00 per month
