MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors degree or diploma in horticulture, agriculture, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
Five or more years of horticulture or seedling production experience

SKILLS REQUIRED

Strong planning, organization, and time management skills
Ability to problem solve and conduct cause analysis
Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-Outlook
Knowledge or experience with continuous process improvement in a production environment
Risk management understanding
Self-motivated & self-disciplined
Attention to detail
Responsible & accountable

RESPONSIBILITIES

Leading and training production team/s
Analyse and work with production data and financial data including developing budgets
Manage practices that ensure high levels of plant quality and healthy environment
Nursery planning & recording systems
