Job Summary MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Agricultural Diploma / Degree
At least 5 years' farm and/or production management experience
Previous experience with macadamia farming
Previous experience crop farming experience (chillies, maize & cash crops)
Computer literate
Must ne logical and practical with knowledge of production systems
Strong leadership skills and able to motivate team
Must have a high level of energy with a positive can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
Ability to speak CHICHEWA highly advantageous
Maintenance orientated
Valid driver's license
Valid passport
