Job Description

Introduction:

Promed Pharmatech seeking reliable and motivated Production Line Workers / Machine Operators to join our factory team. You will ensure smooth operation of production lines, maintain product quality, and support the factory's daily output targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Operate production line machines safely and efficiently

Monitor production line processes to maintain product quality

Load raw materials and pack finished products as required

Conduct routine cleaning and minor maintenance of equipment

Identify and report machine faults, defects, or safety hazards

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards

Assist with production line setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Participate in standby, overtime, and shift work as required

Requirements:

Machinery or equipment handling licenses

Physically fit for standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks

Experience

:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a factory environment

Basic knowledge of production machinery or conveyors

Machine operating experience (packaging, production, or processing machines)

Previous production line or factory floor experience (advantageous)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R4990,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Verulam, KwaZulu-Natal 4339: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:

High School (matric) (Preferred)
Experience:

factory floor: 1 year (Preferred)
