Our client in the Agricultural Sector who specializes in plant production, is seeking an organized and analytical Production Industrial Engineer to join their team in Port Elizabeth. The successful incumbent will help optimize their growing operations and drive continuous improvement in their production processes

- Process Optimization
- Inventory Control
- Quality Assurance
- Team Coordination
- Performance Tracking
- Resource Management
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering (Agriculture), Operations Management, Business administration or
- Certification in Supply Chain management, Project management or production Planning and Control
- Relevant experience in production planning and process improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Excel and production management software (EPS, BIC, Pastel)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Previous experience in the horticultural/agricultural industry beneficial
