Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman to oversee and coordinate the operations of our steel fabrication and sheet metal production facility. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a proven ability to drive efficiency, maintain quality standards, and manage a high-performing production team.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Experience

: Minimum of 10 years in a fabrication and/or sheet metal production environment.

Technical Skills:

Good knowledge of operating or maintaining bending and cutting machines. Solid understanding and/or practical experience in boiler making. Ability to read, interpret, and create technical drawings.

Computer Skills:

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Leadership:

Demonstrated success in managing production teams, with the ability to monitor output, control labour budgets, plan overtime effectively, and assist in recruitment.

Production Planning:

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to ensure deadlines are consistently met.

Safety & Compliance:

Solid knowledge of SHE Management within a manufacturing setting.

Inventory Management:

Good understanding of inventory control processes.

Quality Focus:

Committed to maintaining high quality standards across all operations.
