Location: Honeydew, Roodepoort
Salary: Up to R30 000 (Negotiable) + Medical Aid + Provident Fund + 13th Cheque + Performance Bonus
About the Role
A well-established technology company is seeking a Production & Workshop Team Leader to oversee the assembly and testing of electronic and security products. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical ability, hands-on leadership skills, and a passion for quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all workshop activities meet required quality standards and product specifications.
Manage and implement product assembly and testing processes to meet operational targets.
Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels within the workshop.
Oversee and control workshop inventory.
Lead, guide, and supervise the assembly team to ensure high productivity and efficiency.
Compile and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12).
Relevant technical or industry-related qualifications (advantageous).
Experience with security and access control products.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
At least 2 years in a supervisory or team-leader role.
Practical experience working with electronics.
Intermediate MS Office proficiency.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
