Product Support Specialist

The main purpose of this role is to deliver quality specialist product support on their SaaS products.
Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
- Proficient in English
- Relevant Tertiary Certifications will be advantageous
- Experience in Senior Person 3rd line support
- Client Customer Experience
- good SQL Experience
- Be able to do SQL Queries: Fault finding, investigations
- Process Knowledge (ITIL Understanding)
- Have previous service desk experience
- eRA knowledge
