Our client believes in transforming healthcare to enhance people's lives and they find creative ways to make healthcare more affordable and accessible to everyone - all through tech.

The main purpose of this role is to deliver quality specialist product support on their SaaS products.

Requirements:

  • National Senior Certificate (Matric)
  • Proficient in English
  • Relevant Tertiary Certifications will be advantageous
  • Experience in Senior Person 3rd line support
  • Client Customer Experience
  • good SQL Experience
  • Be able to do SQL Queries: Fault finding, investigations
  • Process Knowledge (ITIL Understanding)
  • Have previous service desk experience
  • eRA knowledge
