Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Client interaction (internal and external clients)
- Trouble shooting and user support
- Software testing
- New client setup /configuration on the SDM system
- Data processing, analysis and manipulation in Excel
- Minimum qualification Gr12
- A relevant tertiary qualification (HR or IT) will be beneficial
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Analytical/Problem solver
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Training will be provided on the SDM system
