Are you passionate about building and optimizing products? Are you skilled in SQL and eager to apply your expertise to drive data-informed decisions? Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Specialist with SQL proficiency to join their dynamic team.

:
Provide support for software products both on-site and remotely via telephone
Perform software product installations and upgrades
Communicate with customers externally, primarily through phone inquiries
Collaborate internally with colleagues and the development department
Administer helpdesk operations, including logging calls and following up on them
Record calls on behalf of clients
Perform testing on completed calls or queries from clients
Conduct ad hoc testing of software products
Deploy new program versions to clients
Compose release notes for new versions

Skills & Experience:
Proficient in computer usage with strong technical skills
Exceptional focus on detail
Exceptional communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
Effective interpersonal skills across all levels - a valuable team player
Strong administrative skills
Proficiency and experience in MS SQL
Ability to consistently meet deadlines is required
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary
Capable of performing efficiently and effectively under pressure
Self-sufficient and capable of working without supervision
Willing and able to travel
Demonstrates a strong desire for continuous learning

Qualification:
Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or proven experience-based equivalent
