Philtron PTY Ltd, a valued group company of Communica, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Product Photographer

to produce high-quality visual content for various eCommerce platforms, with a strong emphasis on

Takealot

and similar online retail environments.

Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience in

product photography

, especially for

eCommerce and Takealot listings

. Ability to take

clear, well-composed, and properly lit product photos

. Proficiency in

photo editing software

such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar. Solid understanding of

eCommerce image guidelines

, including dimensions, file formats, and white background requirements. Ability to

maintain a consistent brand look

and align visual content with brand identity. Strong file management skills to

catalog, label, and back up

all photo assets correctly. Capable of handling

multiple projects

and delivering work

on time

. Excellent attention to technical details like

lighting, composition, sharpness, and focus

. Understanding of

legal compliance

for product photography, including image rights, model releases, and proper labeling. Product knowledge or a willingness to learn about the product range is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute product photography sessions according to eCommerce specifications. Capture a variety of product angles and formats, including lifestyle and studio shots. Enhance and retouch images to ensure optimal clarity and professionalism. Ensure all images align with Philtron's

brand identity and marketing objectives

. Organize and maintain a structured

photo library

for internal and platform use. Collaborate with the eCommerce and marketing teams to meet deadlines and support product launches. Stay up to date with best practices in product and eCommerce photography.

Pay: R5600,00 - R6000,00 per month
