About the Job
The Product Manager II will own one or more product features and lead project execution. He/she will own product development plans and represent their feature(s) within the cross-functional team proposing new feature ideas that address a customer pain point or need based on his/her deep and first hand understanding of the customer. He/she will prioritize and communicate production customer issues and defects based on relevant data for timely resolution and also lead the demo to key stakeholders at program milestones.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Insight & Market AwarenessEngage with customers to understand needs and translate them into product requirements. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform product direction. Balance customer expectations with business goals to deliver valuable solutions.

Data-Informed Decision MakingUse data from various sources (e.g., customer feedback, market analysis, performance metrics) to guide product decisions. Evaluate product ideas and features using data-driven methods, including A/B testing. Identify opportunities for improvement through analysis and insights.

Product Development & DeliveryCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and deliver product features. Participate in product discovery and manage aspects of the product lifecycle. Apply agile or other relevant development methodologies as needed.

Go-to-Market & EnablementSupport launch planning and coordination with marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams. Communicate product features, value propositions, and competitive positioning. Assist in creating training materials and sales collateral for product rollouts.

Strategic Thinking & Commercial AwarenessContribute to product vision and strategic planning. Use competitive and market analysis to inform product strategy. Support business case development and resource planning.

Collaboration & CommunicationBuild strong relationships across teams and with stakeholders. Share knowledge, encourage teamwork, and contribute to a positive team culture. Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and conversation.

Continuous Learning & DevelopmentSeek feedback and opportunities for growth. Share expertise and support the development of others. Embrace innovation and explore new approaches to improve processes and outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

Preferred Experience4-6 years of experience in product management or related roles. Proven track record of leading product initiatives that improved customer experience or business outcomes. Experience with product development, customer engagement, and go-to-market strategies.

SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, or similar. Understanding of software development lifecycles (e.g., Agile). Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.

Education A degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) is helpful but not required. We value practical experience and a willingness to learn.
