Seeking a highly capable, detail-oriented Product Manager to take full ownership of a portfolio of self-published books and their supporting digital platforms. These include training toolkits, online courses, websites, webinars, and learning materials designed to drive global impact.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment and is ready to take responsibility for all aspects of product creation, management, and go-to-market execution. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Product Management Own the full lifecycle of multiple book and digital products from planning, execution, version control, and quality checks to final launch. Go-to-Market Coordination Oversee marketing timelines and ensure smooth rollout across Amazon, websites, email marketing, social media, and course platforms Website & Platform Oversight Manage updates, uploads, and quality assurance across all digital properties, including course platforms and resource hubs. Project Leadership Coordinate across design, content, tech, and marketing teams. Set and track deadlines. Manage deliverables and ensure alignment with brand standards. Operational Systems Create and maintain clear documentation, workflows, and trackers (Google Sheets, Notion, Gantt charts, etc.) for each product. Quality Control Review final versions of books, courses, and websites to ensure they are polished, consistent, and error-free.
Required Skills & Experience 5+ years experience in product management, project coordination, or digital operations Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across diverse formats (books, websites, courses) Experience working with self-publishing platforms (e.g. Amazon KDP, Gumroad), digital learning tools (e.g. Thinkific, Teachable), and content platforms (e.g. WordPress or Webflow) Proficiency in project tools such as Google Workspace, Trello, Asana, Notion, or equivalent Exceptional attention to detail and quality control Experience in content management, online publishing, or education-related platforms is an advantage Strong communicator who can work independently and across teams
