Seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead innovative skincare products and drive the division's growth strategy in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Purpose:

Seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead innovative skincare products and drive the division's growth strategy in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Required Learning:

Degree in marketing, paramedical, or business.

Proven product management experience, skincare/dermatology preferred.

Strong technical marketing skills and market research experience.

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Excellent planning, time management, and ability to work under pressure.

Key Job Outputs:

Portfolio & Marketing;

Manage the NEOSTRATA (incl Exuviance) & Cyspera Aesthetic Skincare portfolio within Genop Healthcare. Develop annual marketing plans, pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies. Monitor forecasts, inventory, and expenses to meet profit objectives. Execute product lifecycle processes: research, competitor analysis, roadmap, and launches. Liaise with agencies for campaigns, influencer programs, and events. Provide technical expertise to customers and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders.

Regulatory & Customer Relations

Act as first point of contact for product-related queries and regulatory issues. Build strong relationships with customers and key accounts. Support sales teams with updated market insights and promotional materials

Leadership & Training

Conduct presentations and training for customers and internal teams. Maintain updated training materials and share clinical insights.

Administration

Ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Submit monthly and annual reports and manage expenses within budget.

Core Competencies:

Ability to work in a dynamic structure and ability to work under pressure. Strong general computer literacy with intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Good organizing skills. Work independently, time management and planning skills. Technical marketing skills. Experience in customer and market research. Relevant product and industry knowledge. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. Must be able to travel.
