Job Description
This hybrid role offers the chance to influence product growth in the healthtech industry to make healthcare smarter and more user-friendly. You'll sit at the intersection of technology and user experience, translating complex systems into solutions that truly work.
You will dive deep into internal and external client feedback to identify areas for innovation.
What You'll Do
- Analyse products, integrations, and workflows to uncover opportunities for optimisation and automation
- Translate user and client feedback into practical, innovative product improvements
- Shape the product roadmap by proposing new features and smarter processes
- Collaborate across Product, Technology, and Support to bring ideas to life and deliver impactful solutions
- Strong technical understanding with the ability to bridge systems and customer needs
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer or product support in IT, with a passion for improving user experience
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data and feedback into solutions
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Innovative thinker with a growth mindset; SQL and exposure to AI are a strong plus
The proposed salary for the role is R20k - R22k per month. The offer will be market related in line with your qualifications, skills, and experience.
