About the team:
Our dynamic Reporting Solutions team at Ninety One plays a pivotal role in enhancing our clients reporting experience, both internally and externally. As a key member of our team, you'll leverage technologies like data warehouses, MS SQLServer, Python, and more to implement and enhance innovative reporting solutions. Your responsibilities will span from gathering business requirements and generating detailed specifications to implementing robust solutions and resolving queries. In this role you will:

+ Create detailed reports, extracts, and queries based on requirement specifications using technologies like SQL.
+ Analyse and optimise the performance of stored procedures to ensure efficiency.
+ Understanding the data architecture within Ninety One to meet the reporting solution and query resolution needs.
+ Collaborating with various business areas to gather requirements and translate them into clear specifications.
+ Identifying and resolving issues in existing reports and implement corrective actions.
+ Effectively communicating analysis findings to internal stakeholders.
You should consider applying if you have:

+ Relevant 3 - 5 years working experience
+ Microsoft Technologies: MS SQL Server, Excel, Transact SQL experience essential
+ Asset management experience desirable
+ Some Python knowledge will be an advantage
+ Source Control System knowledge desirable, GitHub
