We are looking for a

Product Delivery Manager

who will be responsible for the successful delivery of new client launches of our white-labelled global website (brand name Ten Platform). This role will entail client-facing responsibilities from time to time.


You will be the day-to-day contact for all things relating to new client launches, working alongside our Client Services, Product, Tech, Content and Operations teams to manage requirements, delivery plans, task lists, risks and timelines. Furthermore, you will run important sessions such as kick-offs and retrospectives.


All our new client launches require many complex steps to be actioned by various members of the team (yourself included). Your delivery management skills and expertise will be vital throughout the process, overseeing all steps and actions, ensuring deadlines are met and team members are clear on what they are expected to deliver and by when. You will also be responsible for site configurations on both new and existing clients.


This role is in Ten's Product Delivery & Support team which sits within the wider Operations team, which also includes Product Operations, Delivery Management and Tech Data Management. This role will report into the Operations Director.

Key responsibilities:



Manage the end-to-end delivery of new clients launching on the Ten Platform, including managing risk and dependencies. Ensure that all stakeholders are involved in the end-to-end process at the right time and that User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and launch dates are successfully met. Work with Ten Account Managers to ensure the successful delivery of necessary assets and information from the client (brand guidelines and assets, domain strategy, SSL certificates, legal notices etc.). Work with the Design team on white labelling brand requirements, the production of designs and the delivery of designs to the Account Manager. Work with Ten's supports teams to ensure that all assigned tasks are successfully completed. Work with Ten's Tech and Dev Ops teams through the development lifecycle (scoping, spec writing, grooming, development, QA, UAT, release) Work with Ten's Content and e-CRM teams to ensure the successful delivery of branded email templates for enrolment emails, engagement emails and transaction emails. Manage site configurations through Django CMS, inputting and testing the necessary data, including site settings and customisable variables. Run the internal UAT process ahead of the Client UAT, ensuring testers are well equipped to test across all market and language versions of the Ten Platform required for the launch. You will own the analysis and action of the UAT results. Create trackers and JIRA tickets for any changes needed from UAT and provide regular status updates and highlight risks and challenges. Provide regular status updates to the stakeholders relevant to the launch on progress, opportunities and challenges. Be an integral member of Ten's Product Delivery & Support team and own actions around continuous improvement of the function. Be a mentor for the Product Delivery & Support Executives in the team. Assist the Support team when required.




Requirements



Essential requirements:



2+ years experience of managing the delivery of digital projects Experience in creating and managing digital product specifications (user stories, acceptance criteria etc) Experience with a Content Management System (CMS) application Experience in using JIRA and AGILE methodology A process driven, methodical and detail orientated mind Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to coordinate cross-functional teams Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and motivated by delivering results Commercial acumen

Preferred requirements:



Experience with Django CMS Experience in the travel industry

Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office :



Located in Cape Town, South Africa Please note that you will be asked to enter into a hybrid working arrangement - at least 2x a week in the office. A secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions.
