Job Summary

Minimum Requirements:

• BSc IT, BCom Informatics Degree, and/or Electronic Engineering qualification (Degree or Diploma)
• Willing to travel internationally.
• Valid Passport.
• Valid Driver's Licence.

Technical Requirements:

• Essential: 1 - 3 years Microsoft SQL RDBMS, query writing, Integration and Analysis services, Microsoft Reporting Services experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide 24/7 client support for in-house systems using Microsoft SQL, product configuration, and setup utilities.

Interpret specification requirements to technical and functional information visualisation.

Design, implement, maintain, and support standardised data cubes, data mart and information visualisation.

Installation, maintenance, and final testing of in-house product hardware.

Create and provide onsite training for current clients and demonstration for potential clients.

Utilise existing contacts to gain access to clients and potential clients.

Ensure collaboration with clients and fellow employees regarding client requirements to recommend optimal solutions.

Perform client installations, configuration, upgrades, and training.

Responsible for delivering and conducting site runs and providing on-site support when required.

Ensure that current and future clients and IT architecture are aligned with project requirements.
