Minimum Requirements

Qualifications and experiance :

Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/ Business and.or Engineering

Experiance :

1-2 Years as First Line Query Support

Experiance in Supporting Software

Experiance in Banking or Remittance

A must know:

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Monitoring:

Continuously monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and potential areas for improvement.

Issue Resolution:

Investigate and diagnose system and performance related issues reported by business users or the development team and work on implementing solutions to enhance system performance.

Performance Testing:

Collaborate with the development team to conduct performance testing and benchmarking to proactively identify and address performance issues before they impact users.

User Support:

Assist business users in understanding and optimizing their use of applications and systems to improve performance.

Performance Reporting:

Generate reports on system performance, bottlenecks, and improvements to share with stakeholders, helping them make informed decisions.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the development team to provide insights into system and performance-related challenges and collaborate on solutions.

Best Practices:

Promote best practices for system usage, configuration, and optimization among business users.

Documentation:

Create and maintain documentation related to system performance, troubleshooting procedures, and optimization guidelines.

Training:

Conduct training sessions for business users and provide guidance on improving system performance.
