As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company's procurement needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities
- Conducting market research to identify new suppliers and products
- Reviewing and approving procurement requisitions
- Negotiating contracts and pricing with suppliers
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities
- Developing supplier relationships to ensure continuity of supply
- Managing inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of materials and equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
