Requirements:



Code 8 Drivers License

Matric(Grade 12)

Must be fluent in English

Strong Communication & Interpersonal skills

Computer literate, with solid experience on MS Office, Especially Outlook, Excel & Word

Experience placing orders and receiving stock

Experience invoicing stock

Experience using Semper is a bonus

Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a procurement assistant or in a similar roll

Ability to multi task, prioritise effectively , Work under pressure

Will need to stay over for stock takes as this processes happens after service

Highly Organised with attention to detail

Experience in a hospitality environment

Attention to detail / accurate record-keeping

Must be comfortble moving stock-physically

Role includes but not limited to:



Packing & ensuring store rooms stay neat, clean & tidy

Stock rotation(FIFO) check expiry dates consistently

Assisting in stock transfers

Taking out required stock and delivering to relevant department

Assisting in orders

Receiving Stock

GRV/ Invoicing stock received onto the system

Assisting in Transfers, Usages, Wastages

Stock take Prep ( Both physically and paperwork prep)

Counting Stock ( Stay Over for this processes)

Filing/Scanning

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R12000,00 per month

High School (matric) (Preferred)
License/Certification:

DRIVERS LICENSE (Required)
