Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Northriding for a Procurement Administrator. The Procurement Administrator will be responsible for managing purchase orders, utilising analytical skills for procurement processes, coordinating purchasing activities, and facilitating effective communication related to procurement tasks within the Procurement department.
Qualifications and Requirements
Purchase Orders and Purchasing skills Analytical Skills for procurement processes Credit and Vendor Applications Process Monthly Invoices Process Supplier Invoices not stock-related/job-related Travel Arrangements for different departments Strong Communication skills 3-5 years Procurement experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and organisational skills Minimum 3 years of experience working on Pastel Understanding of the Procurement processes in a Service/HVAC environment is advantageous A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is advantageous
