WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Draft and design layout of equipment, materials and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency. Developing and updating of process documentation prior to production start date. Develop, update and validation of product Manufacturing bills of materials. Work closely with the Process Engineering/Design team to define and ensure Industrialization activates are achieved. Conduct Process Safety audits and implement actions to improve on safety. Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations through continuous improvement and lean manufacturing. Evaluate manufacturing process based on quality criteria such as efficiency and speed. Offer product and process support within the designated area. Work with cross functional teams to increase productivity, reduce costs and maximise efficiency. Ensure that the manufacturing documentation aligns with process design intent at all times WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
National Diploma: Industrial Engineering Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering will be an advantage Minimum 2-4 years' experience within Process engineering, manufacturing or similar role. Experience working within an MRP/ERP environment Proven success with process improvement. Pro-active mind set. Ability to work independently. Attention to detail.
