Process Engineer

Job Description
As a Senior Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving product quality, and ensuring operational efficiency. You will lead cross-functional teams, apply your technical expertise, and leverage innovative solutions to drive process improvements across their global facilities. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Engineer to make a significant impact in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or related field). Master's degree preferred.
- 5 years experience in engineering with a proven record of product/process/equipment design experience. Exposure in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in process modelling and simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS).
- Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
