Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize processes to improve efficiency and ensure the highest quality standards are met.
• Analyze data and monitor performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process enhancements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in the design and validation of new equipment and processes.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Provide technical support and training to production teams.
• Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in process engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Computer skills proficiency - SAP and MS Office package
• Proven experience as a Process Engineer in the mining industry.
• Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques and methodologies.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and statistical analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in the mining industry.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
