Job Advert Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for the running of the vibrator and associated conveyers to fill selected bunkers to ensure safe operating level.
Minimum Requirements
o Grade 12 o NQF4 /N3 Water and Waste Water Treatment Process Operation. o Previous plant experience will be an advantage. o Class IV Process Controller classification.
Primary Duties
o Selection and filling of correct bunker. o Measuring bunkers daily and ensure no overfill. o Selection of conveyer to fill bunker as requested. o Start conveyer and associated dust extraction units. o Stop conveyer and associated dust extraction units once bunker is full o Start vibrator and feeder o Ensure lime spillages are cleaned immediately o Report all spills and blockages to Auxiliary plant supervisor
Knowledge
o Basic understanding of water treatment process o Basic mathematics

o Skills to operate plant. o Good communication skills (verbal) o Good housekeeping skills

o Team player o Safety consciousness o Self-discipline o Punctuality
