Process Automation Specialist

What you will enjoy doing

As a Process Automation Specialist, you will design and implement RPA solutions to automate repetitive business processes You will develop clear user stories by translating business requirements into actionable automation tasks Analyzing process data to identify inefficiencies and uncover automation opportunities will be high on your agenda Leading Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence will be expected of you You will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align automation strategies with business goals Monitoring and maintaining automation workflows to ensure reliability and performance will be part of your tasks Additionally, you will document processes and ensure governance compliance for all automation activities

What makes you great

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent could be achieved by you with an advantage of Industrial Engineering Minimum of 3 years' experience in process improvement or continuous improvement could be achieved by you Knowledge of SCRUM methodology is required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required
