Position duties:

Implement and improve assembly processes in order to support meeting the companyxe2x80x99s manufacturing objectives according to ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001
To improve productivity and scrap rates within the areas of delegated responsibility
To manage the continued planning and implementation of process optimisation within area of delegated responsibility
To ensure continued compliance to all company business, customer specific, Quality, Health and Safety, Environmental and prevailing legislative requirements
Develop Process and Automation procedures
Manage Process/Automation Engineering Functions
Responsible for Capex and Project Planning
Responsible for Manpower planning and control
Will also be required to work with several different jobs simultaneously, under deadlines and pressure
Required to keep up to date with technical developments
Lead and motivate a team of technical experts
Other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Position requirements:

Electrical/Mechatronic/Technical Diploma/Degree or equivalent technical knowledge and experience Assembly
Electrical or Mechatronic Trade Tested with 5-10 years experience
3 xe2x80x93 7 years experience in assembly line design, development and implementation
