Requirements
Relevant 3 Year Tertiary Qualification candidates with an
additional ITIL Foundations Certification will be given
preference
Minimum of 2-5 years' relevant Experience within IT Problem
Management
A Valid Drivers Licence
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Solid understanding of cloud and networking technologies
Key Performance Areas
Research and Networking to maintain the world class
standard and to continuously refine and improve the city's
ICT Infrastructure
Responsibilities include taking the lead in technical
investigations to get to the root cause of IT Problems and
facilitating and coordinating the progress and outcomes of
these sessions.
The incumbent should be meticulous, process- and results-
driven, is responsible for the resolution and documentation
of all identified IT workarounds, permanent solutions and
root causes
Problems occurring from recurring IT outages.
